The Dodge Durango SRT8 has been a long time in coming, but it looks as though it may be launched in a few months.

One reader, who saw it in person, wrote, “It looked and sounded mean, with huge rear tires, similar to the Grand Cherokee SRT, and a modified bumper. The front end had blacked-out headlights; there were two huge intakes up front, with a lower grille similar to the new Grand Cherokee SRT design. It’s definitely a 392, not a Hellcat.”
